We are a national development organisation leading social change on the ground in Syria. Our work is predominately in the field, working hands-on with individuals and communities to initiate lasting solutions to development challenges.

As a team, we draw on our diverse range of skills, perspectives and experiences to manage a portfolio of our own programmes, nurture and spin-off social enterprises into stand-alone affiliates, and form partnerships and alliances with national and international organisations.

Together our initiatives comprise the Trust Network: a matrix of operational entities which collaborate and provide mutual support in order to achieve our shared development goals.

The Trust Network affords us with opportunities to transcend programme or geographic boundaries so that our collective expertise can be leveraged to ensure individual initiatives deliver greater impact.
