In collaboration with the UNHCR Syria, the Syria Trust for Development (Trust) opened Al - Fakhoura Manara (Community Center) on 19th May, In presence of High Commissioner office director Mr. Hassan Tamimi, The Director of Social Affairs and Labour in Lattakia Governorate, as well as number of the notables of the region. In the coming period, "Al - Fakhoura community center" will work in partnership with the local community and the concerned parties to invest in the potential of the community that will enable it to develop itself. The centers provide access to social networks, facilities and resources to stimulate community activity that satisfies the needs of constituents, through the provision of diversified services to the beneficiaries and the upgrading of the region's realities in various fields. During this day, a series of interactive activities and psychological awareness sessions were held, in addition to the continuation of the previously opened professional training at the Center.
